New and better India

Now that AAP is elected in Punjab and MCD, the sole responsibility for the smog problem in Delhi is on Mr.Kejriwal and his government. Banning crackers on Diwali but not on New Year and Christmas says a lot about their political ideologies. According to an article posted in The Hindu, there had been 'no impact' of the firecrackers on the air quality of Delhi, but I beg to differ as it would have had a little impact to some extent.  I want to ask Mr. Kejriwal and Mr. Bhagwant Mann, by banning crackers and not stubble burning, how did the Delhiites and Punjabis benefit?
